Our Journey
In 2016, we began as Muse GRAVITY Private Limited in India with a simple frustration: great ideas were getting stuck behind timelines, invoices, and in-complete handoffs. So we built Business mBaaS—one back end where anyone could design, develop, and host PWAs, Android, and iOS apps without hiring a team or writing custom code. Early customers launched faster than they’d imagined. The pattern was clear: less orchestration, more shipping. By , our users asked for the next step—“great app, now let me sell.”
- So, in 2020 we launched eCommerce mBaaS, taking merchants from catalog to checkout with the same no-code speed and reliability.
- In 2021, we introduced In-App Purchases across our business apps —one of our proudest milestones—so creators could monetize premium content and services natively, without extra plugins or custom builds.
- In 2022, we established Muse GRAVITY, LLC in the United States to support a growing global base with closer time-zone coverage and compliance readiness.
- In 2023, we integrated OpenAI (ChatGPT) to accelerate content, workflows, and decision support across the platform—fewer manual steps, more focus on outcomes, and a product that gets smarter as you build.

We are a lean team of five based in India, led by founder Jayash Kesri. We design, build, and support Muse mBaaS with a focus on clarity, reliability, and measurable outcomes for our customers.
